ANAB Accreditation

 

The Cryptosporidium Proficiency Testing Program (PT) has been designed to provide water-testing laboratories and accreditation agencies with a means of assessing a laboratory’s performance of U.S. EPA Method 1622/1623 relative to other laboratories performing the method. Participation in proficiency testing is a requirement of laboratories approved by the U.S. EPA’s LT2 Laboratory Approval Program http://water.epa.gov/lawsregs/rulesregs/sdwa/lt2/lab_home.cfm.

The Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene is accredited to the laboratory standard ISO 17043.
