2024-2025 Respiratory Virus Season Update

Description of Session:

This webinar will provide a review of the 2023-2024 respiratory virus season and will highlight our surveillance strategies and challenges for 2024-2025, based on our expectations, for the upcoming respiratory virus season.

Additional topics that will be discussed include a background on respiratory virus surveillance in Wisconsin and nationwide, updates on H5N1 avian influenza, updates on SARS-CoV-2 and influenza vaccine strain components and transmission globally, and updates on other respiratory virus activity and surveillance programs.

A certificate of participation will be granted to each participant based on 1.0 contact hours of instruction toward credit.
